MATERIAL: COATED LABEL
Stretch and shrink sleeve labels are plastic or polyester labels, with a semi-porous to non-porous surface, that wrap the entire perimeter of a product and conform to the package’s unique geometry. Stretch labels are typically made of LDPE and are highly elastic so they can be pulled over the product container. Shrink sleeves are applied in loose form and conform to the product package when exposed to heat by conveying the product through a heat tunnel. Both stretch and shrink sleeve labels are emerging as a desirable form of CPG product labeling due to the 360-degree message branding that helps the product attain high impact presentation on the store shelf.
The T801K ink, with a 1-2 second dry time, prints on most coated or uncoated labels or shrink sleeves. The T801K ink also provides sharper contrast and a finer line quality for an extra crisp clear print.
T801K INK PERFORMANCE MATRIX
The T801K ink comes in an easy to insert and change-out XL cartridge, with 40% more ink than the starter-sized, short run ink cartridge that comes free with all TC12 TIJ printers.
