Due to global supply chain impacts the Redimark TC12 has been discontinued.

It’s hard to say goodbye, and we hope it won’t be forever, but with the inconsistency and uncertainty around the supply chain of certain parts used to build the Redimark TC12 thermal inkjet date coder, we believe this is the best path forward to reliably serve our customers.

Q: Is Redimark going out of business?

A: No. We are still here to serve our customers! Redimark will continue to provide technical support to customers and honor all warranties.


Q: Can I still buy ink?

A: Yes! Our ink production is currently not being impacted by global supply chain issues and we have a continuous supply of T602K ink and T801K ink available for sale!


Q: Will customer support still be available?

Q: What if I need a new inkjet printer?

A: We can point you in the right direction. Keeping your line up and running is our top priority and we want to make sure you have the equipment you need to do that, even if we are not the ones providing it. We recommend Matthews Marking Systems, a company that can provide you with similar marking and coding solutions and top-notch customer and sales support.
