MATERIAL: PET PLASTIC
PET plastic is often used for food and beverage bottles as it is semi-rigid and light weight. Like glass, PET bottles have a semi-porous to non-porous surface, offer a clear, non-streaky finish, are hygienic, durable with a high scratch and high shatter resistance, resistant to attack by micro-organisms, do not react with foods or beverages, and will not biologically degrade. A clear PET bottle will display the product prominently, making PET a popular material CPG packaging including spice jars, vitamin bottles, energy shot bottles, water bottles, etc.
The T801K ink, with a 1-2 second dry time, is an excellent choice for PET and most all plastics. The T801K ink also provides sharper contrast and a finer line quality for an extra crisp clear print.
T801K INK PERFORMANCE MATRIX
The T801K ink comes in an easy to insert and change-out XL cartridge, with 40% more ink than the starter-sized, short run ink cartridge that comes free with all TC12 TIJ printers.
